I love Shirley. She is so sweet and friendly. However, I will not be breeding her any more because of her inferior show quality, and I can't give her the pet home I know she deserves. Thus, I am selling her to anyone who can give her love, attention, and care.
Shirley is a funny bunny. She loves to organize and re-organize her space, over and over and over again. In the winter, when the bunnies have lots of straw in their hutches, Shirley always makes the cutest little nests. When she's not busy making her hutch into a home, she's running. Oh, yes; Shirley loves to run. In her playpen, on a leash, in the house -- she's definitely a high-energy rabbit. Even so, when she gets in your arms, she's ready to cuddle. |
Shirley does have slight case of sore hocks. She's had this problem from the time I got her, and I don't think there's much I can do. I do what I can; I always give her a respite from the wire floors, and I clean her cage frequently. The condition hasn't changed, for better or worse, in the time I've had her.
The sore hocks are very mild. They don't seem to cause her very much pain, as she's always hopping and running and binkying (a "binky," an expression of rabbit joy, is a running leap). This issue might be with her her whole life, but it doesn't seem to get in the way of her general well-being.
Look at that sweet little face. She's happy, healthy, and ready for your love. Don't you just want to give her your undivided attention? She certainly wants you to...
